ELDOA & Soma Training: a mini summary including scientific abstracts

ELDOA- a European Osteopathic system of movement & held postures, developed by Guy VOYER DO, that includes joint specific strengthening & decoaptative (decompressive) postures (see example of an ELDOA in above video) that improve the hydration quality and spacing of your joints. ELDOA postures can decompress nerve roots. One must learn the necessary ELDOA from a certified ELDOA Trainer, such as myself, as the postures require several positional details. ELDOA is a French acronym that translates to LOADS (longitudinal osteo-articular decoaptative strengthening).

MYOFASCIAL STRETCHING & GLOBAL POSTURAL STRETCHING - from Guy VOYER DO’s Soma Training program, this system of stretching effectively gives mobility to a specific muscle’s intrinsic fascia as well as more global, extrinsic fascia. There is also a GPS for the fascia of the organs.
